What is Merchantry?

What Shopify apps does Merchantry make?
ContactBooks Pro turns Shopify orders into invoices, credit notes, packing slips, and receipts, on your own numbering sequences and templates. It also keeps the customer record behind them: custom fields, store credit, addresses, and login tracking. Available now on the Shopify App Store.

Can I issue invoices with my own numbering for Shopify orders?
Yes, that's what ContactBooks Pro is for. It produces invoices, credit notes, packing slips, and receipts from Shopify orders, on your own templates and company details.
Numbering runs on independent sequences for invoices, draft orders, and credit notes, each with the prefix, padding, and reset period you choose, assigned automatically when an order is created, paid, fulfilled, or refunded. Every number is written back onto the Shopify order, and documents print directly or download as A4 PDFs. The help center walks through the setup.
Is Merchantry a Shopify Partner?
Yes. Merchantry is a Shopify Partner and all our apps are built specifically for the Shopify platform, distributed through the official Shopify App Store, and follow Shopify's app review and GDPR requirements.
How does Merchantry handle pricing?
Transparent. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. Each app has clearly listed plans on the Shopify App Store, and paid plans include a free trial. Where it makes sense (such as Store Guard), there's also a free plan with real, useful limits.
How do I get support?

Does Merchantry sell or share my data?
No. We collect only what's needed to run each app, we never sell user data, and we never share it for marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. All apps comply with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks.
What languages does Merchantry support?
Our apps and support are available in English. We plan to add more languages — including Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Turkish, and Arabic — based on merchant demand.
